welcome to my channel. We all know how expensive the chocolates we buy from the market are. Those who want to eat more bounty for less price, you should watch my video till the end.
This is so simple and anyone can make it, let's get started with my only 3 ingredients recipe.
MATERIALS
300 grams of grated coconut
250 milliliters of condensed milk with sugar
200 grams of chocolate
Let's take 300 grams of coconut grater into the kneading bowl. Let's add 250 ml of sugary milk concentrate on it in a controlled way and knead it to get a non-sticky consistency.
I added it little by little as I found the measure of the cream by kneading. In total, it will be 250 ml, as I said.
For the topping, I cut about 200 grams of chocolate into small pieces and melted it using the bain mari method.
Let's give a bounty shape to the dough we made with coconut and milk concentrate. You can make it round if you want to make it easier.
First, I dipped a garbage bottle and found chocolate. I took the excess chocolate from the bottom with a spatula and left it on the serving plate. I gave the same shape to the remaining dough and dipped it into chocolate with the help of a fork, without using skewers. After shaking it a few times, I took the excess chocolate from the bottom and added it to the serving plate.
Let's wait in the fridge for an hour for the chocolate to freeze, except for the ready bounties.
There were 30 pieces in total, I made them close to real size. I want to divide one of them into two and show them inside of you. As you can see, it is no different from the real thing, besides, it tastes 100% the same.
