MY FAMILY'S FAVORITE VEGETABLE CREAM SOUP WITH MEATBALLS
**Ingredients for cream soup**
50g of butter
Onion - 2 pcs
Carrot - 2 pcs
Zucchini - 2 pcs
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc
Potatoes - 500-600g
Broccoli - 200-300g
Green
150 ml of cream
Salt, pepper, spices to taste
**For meatballs**
400g of minced meat (I used turkey)
1 egg
1 onion
Salt, pepper
Pour 1.5 liters (+/-) of water into a saucepan, add half an onion, several carrot circles, two bay leaves, a few peas of black and allspice pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt - bring to a boil. Throw the formed meatballs into boiling water and cook until ready.
Adjust the thickness of the soup using the broth in which the meatballs were cooked.
