Look at mini Travolta go! (he starts 1:40) It takes a child to appreciate music. Watch the drama at 5:00. It's like a pre planned music video to tug at the heart strings but it's totally spontaneous. He watches me, he goes back to get money, he puts it in the bag, and as the music picks up again, he jumps around in joy.
If every person was a kid, I'd be surrounded by dancing all day long. Adults are long burned out and jaded, too busy or emotionally crippled to stop, listen, or appreciate. Kids have no such disabilities, yet. They start gyrating the minute they hear that beat. This kid has good taste. He doesn't just listen to the hits, like 'Sultans of swing', he appreciates lesser known epics like 'Tunnel of love'. My mistake was not giving him my business card with a job offer as permanent 'Solid Gold Dire Straits Dancer'. Maybe we could form a duo and go on 'America's got talent'.
