As the 2023 session winds down, the House took up two controversial bills, SB 62, prohibiting local authorities from shipping their homeless to other places, and SB 159, increasing penalties for prison workers caught dealing in contraband. And in the Senate, frustration over the lack of Senate bills being passed in the House.
