Calavera Pinch Pot Part 1: Forming
This video demonstrates how to form a pinch pot into a calavera or skull.
Start with a basic pinch pot and round it off.

1. Form a ball of clay.
2. Open the ball and begin a basic pinch pot.
3. Collar or taper the opening to be used as the bottom.
(**Note: the bottom must have an opening with a 2” diameter minimum in order to fit a small candle.)
4. Refine the pot.
5. Push the jaw in on the sides.
6. Massage and push in the eye sockets.
