Today I co-hosted a Charity Book Auction on LinkedIn Live.
This was an absolute first. None of us knew how to do this. We just knew we wanted to raise money for a terrific cause: Inspiring Girls International
So we came up with a plan we thought might work. Leaned into the experience. And went all in.
It was a great success. But, it was not without a few glitches. What in life is?
So, what I decided to immediately review the process and analyze what I learned before I forgot it all.
This is my video analysis of what I learned... and what I'd like to do better the next time.
