How to Reply to LinkedIn Live Comments
There is nothing more frustrating than being a LinkedIn Live guest and NOT being able to reply to comments.
While you can see the comments in your notifications, when you click to respond, the comments are not accessible.
One way to access LinkedIn Live comments is to go to the profile of the LinkedIn Live host and view the original post from their Activity.
But that's a LOT of steps for each and every comment.
John Espirian showed me a more efficient way. Which is to save the original LinkedIn Live post to your Saved items. Thanks John for being so clever and relentlessly helpful.
Since then, I've usually sent my Live guest a few screenshots to show them John's hack.
I decided to make a quick Loom video to show Craig Allan how to do this. Since he liked it so much, I thought I'd repurpose the video and share it with rest of the planet.
Hopefully LinkedIn is working on a fix for this. It's kind of fiddly.
