People often wonder what equipment you really need to put on a LinkedIn Live show. I have to be honest, some folks out there have a lot of fancy tech. Which means their work area resembles the Starship Enterprise?
However, Easy Peasy is my motto. And because I’m a digital nomad, I like to use gear that is easy to travel with. Everything I own allows me to pack and go.
I thought it might be interesting to give you a behind the scenes tour of my traveling Live Streaming studio.
My LinkedIn Live Equipment Checklist includes:
Laptop- MacBook Pro
USB Microphone - Samson Q2U (I recently upgraded to a Blue Yetti)
Webcam - Logitech HD C920
Headphones – Airpods
Ring Light – Sensyne 10” Ring Light with Tripod
USB to Ethernet Adapter – Insignia
Mobile Device - iPhone
Oh, and a bottle of Ribena.
What?
Ribena is a British blackcurrant fruit drink concentrate that has a job to do during my LinkedIn Lives. You will need to watch the whole video if you want to learn more about that.
