Virtual Reality DIY Build #3 | Omnidirectional VR Treadmill Planning
In this video, I brainstorm with my Twitch chat to come up with the best design for a omnidirectional VR treadmill. My intention is to create a prototype that I can use for playing FPS games for cardiovascular workouts and be able to run full speed in any direction using this. Once I get it dialed in to perfection, my hope would be to eventually create a business selling them. I would want to be able to sell them for much cheaper than the state-of-the-art omnidirectional VR treadmills because I think that these have been historically overpriced. Granted, it is an emerging technology which always tends to be overpriced. I think it would be really cool to start a business in this category.
