Hunter Mountain 1986 - August - Oberek Time
The Ablemen perform at Hunter Mountain, NY, National Polka Festival in the 1986 Battle of the Bands Competition. Ray Skorka wrote this original oberek which was recorded on the band's "Dressed Up Polkas" LP in 1985. The Ablemen placed 1st in the Battle of the Polka Bands competition this year, the first of three years in a row.
