This is a really interesting one, this one. So, generally you can trust someone who is in authority, but it doesn't necessarily happen to somebody who's just in power. So what is the difference between power and authority?
So there's been a lot of people in our history who have been people in power, and I wouldn't necessarily say that they had a lot of respect.
Sometimes people when they think of the word authority they might actually associate it with somebody in power. However, the difference of what we do in The Authority Game Changers, is more of the authority of being seen, being heard, being liked and having that level of expertise and knowledge behind you, rather than just having power.
That's my best explanaition of what is the difference between power and authority.
