DUBAI (UAE): AFRICAN WOMEN AND CHILDREN CONFERENCE
At the African Women and Children’s Conference in Dubai, the call to action is the inclusion of women and children in the governance and climate action space giving meaning to the phrase of “Leaving No One Behind”. By this, they would become the agents of change, better comprehend the effects of climate change to help minimize the impact on their health, household and livelihoods. The wife of the Vice President, Mrs. Samira Bawumia, opened the conference in Dubai.
