Perfect health is assumed because anytime you lose health you're slowing down.
Elite Training needed:
Rosa: as much agility as you can. 4 ET - 79%
Required: Initiative buff. Auto one shot attacks for 8200+ damage. High agility or disarm.
Domingo - Initiative buff. Execute for either boss or last guard. Attack buff helps others bash chests.
Girolamo - The only one whose Auto first attack is a strong hit that can take out any of the guards.
Rosa - She can disarm all the traps, and her agility is high enough to get through 5 runs of the mission with only a few falls.
You can try to get through with just freerunners but you need someone that can both kill the guards and bash the first chest. Without a disarmer you need someone with very high base agility that can take all the traps. The top ones are Rosa and Lupo who coincidentally can also disarm. Auto use them for that anyway and it's safer.
After the two traps you need to pause Auto for regroup, when you hit it again it'll send the disarmer into the next trap room. Leaving Auto on between any of the rooms will send Giro in next. For the last enemies room if you can get the timing right like me you can pause Auto as soon as Giro pop in there so he won't take and fail the jump. Again, you have to pause Auto and regroup after that room so when you turn it on again it'll send the most agile one for the jumps.
