Using semi-auto.
Perfect health is assumed because anytime you lose health you're slowing down.
Elite Training needed:
Aguilar: 1 agi - enough for 95% on navigation
Required: Initiative buff, auto one shot attacks or quick combo for 5k+ damage or execute, good agility, lockpick and disarm recommended
Domingo - Initiative buff. Execute for either boss or last guard. Attack buff helps Hamid bash chests.
Hamid - He can take care of second chest room and lockpick the door for last room.
Aguilar - You can really use anyone that has good assassination and agility, but I use Aguilar for his knife+dual attack combo. This can take out the two tougher enemies and the boss.
I don't do the freerunning across the two bottom rooms because of chances of failing, but if you don't use Aguilar you'll have to risk it. If you use Dom for executing the boss, you'll have to assassinate the final guard, but again, there's a chance of failure with that. Arguably letting Auto climb down the last room would take the same time as lockpicking the door, but that introduces more chances for failures.
