Lasagnette With Cheddar Sauce - Easy Dinner Recipe
Homemade lasagnette with cheddar sauce. A Danish dish that's easy to make and done in less than an hour for the busy days.

There is to small errors in the video. Besides from basil in the meat sauce I also add in 2 tbsp of oregano as I have added in the recipe below. The cheese sauce is made with 500 ml of heavy cream instead for 400 ml.

500 g of pasta
1 kg or 2 lbs of minced beef
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
750 g of passata
140 g of tomato paste
1½ tbsp of sugar
2 tbsp of basil
2 tbsp oregano
Salt
Pepper
Oil
Cheese sauce
400 ml of milk
500 ml of heavy cream
40 g of butter
3½ tbsp of flour
1½ tsp of onion powder
1½ tsp of basil
Salt
Pepper
1 vegetable broth cube
200 g cheddar cheese
