Cheddar Melts - Recipe For Homemade Cheddar Melts
Today I'm making some delicious crunchy and gooey cheddar melts. They are done in no time and taste so good. Serve them as a snack with a dip or add in a burger as the cheese element.

300 g cheddar
4-5 eggs
Oil for frying
flourmix:
2½ dl flour
1½ tsp salt
1½ tsp mustard powder
Cornflakesmix
550 ml cornflakes
150 ml flour
1½ tsp salt
2 tsp onion powder
