what is gout?
gout is an inflammatory disease of joints. This inflammation is mainly due to our body metabolite called URIC ACID.

now, we are thinking about where the body gets uric acid ???
the answer is the body itself let,, I explore it when we eat food containing purines these purines are converted into uric ACID metabolite for excretion.
bcoz it self purine cant exit from the body. it needs to be broken in simpler form for excretion from the body and simpler form name is uric acid.
generally, uric acid excreted by the kidney, but due to heavy purine diet, kidney load, failure this uric acid is not excreted and levels build inside the blood.

accumulated, uric acid forms crystals in joint. this crystals inducer immune reaction and give, feeling of excruciating pain, like the stabbing of pins sensation.

MEASURE TO PREVENT :
avoid purine-rich food like: meat, kinds of seafood, vegetable like spinach, cauliflower and mushrooms.
avoid alcohol / because alcohol precipitates uric acid. also, it interferes with excretion of uric acid.
certain medication is causing gout as a side effect:-
1. aspirin interferes the excretion of uric acid . and aspirin itself is an acidic component like uric acid
2.water -pills / diuretics like furosemide
3.cyclosporine
