PROS AND CONS OF REMOTE WORKING
IS WORKING FROM HOME A CAREER SUICIDE?
This global pandemic forced many of us to experiment extended periods of remote working, bringing to the table the pros and cons of this practice.
At the moment, globally, the good sides seem to win over the negative aspects BUT there is one question still unsolved:
“Is it true that accepting a remote job will hurt my career?”
Today we’ll take a look at this global experiment: Form Twitter that allows its employees to work from forever we’ll pass from Facebook that will decide your salary according to the city where you’re located to finally get to the words of Suzy Welch claiming that in order to succeed in your career you MUST be in the office.
In a way or another Working From Home is here to stay, let’s take a look at the current balance of it.
