How to grow your real estate practice.
I have had the luck of being in real estate for over 17 years, and I have done many things. In this video I discuss my career's evolution. I believe it is predicated in the fact that I love to learn new things, and I believe in adding value to clients. Having a strong knowledge base allows you to be of service.
The counter argument is lack of focus, and even though I have tremendous energy and intensity, my lack of focus has impacted my bank account. As I grew older and more experienced I decided to narrow my practice areas significantly. I also have an awesome team of motivated individuals that leverage my ability to deliver service to the market place. These top professionals are helping buyers and sellers as they hone their knowledge and skills and close deals and make money.
