Plastic surgery: Does a new nose make you happy? | Do I have to be beautiful? Episode 2/5
Does cosmetic surgery really make you happier? Of course, I sometimes feel uncomfortable in your own body – but should I just go to a plastic surgeon and get the surgery done?
To answer that, I met with Christina. The 21-year-old has dreamed of a smaller nose since puberty and has therefore decided to have a nose job. I want to accompany her on this journey to understand why people choose cosmetic surgery.
On the way to the cosmetic clinic, Christina tells me that the pressure was so great that she even took out a loan specifically for the nose job. Is it really worth it?
When Christina is taken into the operating room and the cosmetic surgery begins, I have my doubts. Because to get a perfect nose, the body has to endure a lot. At some point, I can no longer stand being there during the cosmetic surgery and have to leave the operating room.
But how is Christina doing after the nose job? Is she happier now? And how big is the change in the before and after comparison? Find out in the video!
