WSV3 V5.5 BETA New Feature: Live Warning-type Counter Text

In V5.5, the Basic Layers tab checkboxes for severe warning polygon types will update with a live indication of how many of said warning types are in-effect for the valid time of the map. In live mode this number reflects current active warnings for each type, and when the map is set to loop the numbers update at 4Hz to reflect the map at any given moment.
