When I get a client, how will I work with them?
How do you actually package up or decide how you are going to work with your clients?
Deciding how you will work with clients is a key question for you to decide. And really you want to do for yourself what you do with clients.
What you do with clients is you get them to establish the life they want to live before you help them design the business. Because if you design the business and start implementing all these things that don’t match the life they want to live they are going to be really unmotivated and unhappy and they are not going to stay with you.
You need to do the same for yourself. You need to decide:
How many hours do you want to work a week?
What kind of people do you want to be working with?
Would you rather have one or two really high vale clients that you only see once a month or do you want 10 clients that you see weekly?
Start with how you want to live and work backwards towards the packages you create.
