If you’re an athlete, that’s trying to get faster. Please do not make these three major mistakes.

Mistake number one is trying to combine speed training, and sports specific training. If you want to get faster, focus on speed agility training if you want to get better at your sport focus on skills training do not combine the two of them because you are not getting the most out of either one.

If you’re trying to get faster and more agile and improve your agility, do not put all of your focus into the weight room. The weight room is there to help you get stronger so that you can be faster and more agile. If you become slower or more stiff due to weightlifting, it is not serving its purpose.

If you want to get faster and have better agility, you have to train at 100% effort

There’s a difference between conditioning and speed agility training. Both are huge and super important as athletes but if you want to get faster you gotta make sure that your reps are at 90 to 100% effort when it comes to speed training.
