I dont do a lot of product reviews, because I only like to promote products that I truly enjoy using and think that others would benefit from.
As a speed & agility coach some of the testing tools I use are crazy expensive and I dont assume most parents or athletes would want to purchase those products for home use.
For vertical Jump testing I use 3 different tools and the OVR Jump is proving to be a great bang for your buck!
Under $300 for a tool that is easily portable and accurate is awesome. Not to mention it has a great app that tracks your metrics and make awesome social media clips.
Vertical jump training and plyometrics in general are extremely important when working with athletes for so many reasons.
