How Nijisanji Acts as a Vtuber Agency

After reading Nijisanji EN's press release regarding Selen Tatsuki's termination as well as Selen's now current vtuber incarnation, Dokibird's, account about the behind the scenes exploitation and workplace harassment she went through I imagine that this is how Nijisanji views their talents. What Nijisanji PR statements have said about themselves, they really are painting themselves to be a black company.
Update (2/13/2024): Today's Nijisanji damage control stream using Elira Pandora along with roping Vox Akuma and Ike Eveland to further slander Selen Tatsuki's character while sharing information regarding private legal information regarding Selen's time there was despicable. They followed it up by floundering with another post saying they didn't break any laws after Selen/Dokibird stated that she'll contact her lawyer and post receipts. Finally, to top it off, AnyColor CEO himself, Riku Tazumi, basically saying that they value their talents, and they regret saying that Selen's termination had "negligible impact. What a complete mess of public relations with fans and destroying their trust through their actions.
I hope Selen is on the road to recovery from dealing with all that she went through by the hands of her agency. And as for you, dear viewer....
