The Sit Through from Turtle, The Counter and The Quick Kill
Another lesson from Turtle!! In this video I show how to sit through (a fundamental skill from turtle) and then how to counter that move. It takes a lot of practice to get the timing, but when done correctly it should be effortless and a free transition into mount.
Then I show the Quick Kill , which has been around for a long time. It's great for a couple of taps, but once you know how to defend against it, it's silly to get tapped with.
