Defending Against the Under Hook - Half Guard Top
Fighting against a good Underhook can be a nightmare. While I see a lot of videos and instruction on how to have a good underhook, I dont see a lot of instruction on how to defend against the Underhook.
In this video I show a few ways to defend against the Underhook depending on how early you start to defend.
I start by showing how to posture out of the underhook, then move into the reverse sit as a way to kill the underhook, and lastly, a bail out Back Step when you are very late.
