cornell spring 2023 edit
yo what's up. school has been goin good so far, right now im on february break until wednesday march 1; i've made some new friends and i've strengthened my friendships with older friends. recently i've been waking up anywhere between 4:00am and 7:00am. if i have a lot of school work i like to wake up early because it makes me feel more connected to the universe and doing work during that time makes me feel focused. multivariable calculus has been challenging but incredibly fun. right now we just finished going over continuity with defining epsilon/delta balls in open and closed spaces to tell if a function in R^n is continuous. its really freakin cool. python is one of my easiest classes right now; we are currently going over conditional statements. my humanities class is amazing and the content the professor gives us absolutely blows my mind. this class is also challenging but putting in the work has been incredibly rewarding for me. im learning so much about social structures, culture, genocide, policy, and the foundation of what my professor calls wicked problems. japanese is getting harder but i feel like im getting more fluent. i can understand more basic grammar and my vocabulary has increased. im watching a show called "if talking paid," and it has been helping me with my listening. in that show i can understand about 40% of what they're saying. i usually put this show on in the background while i do my homework so that im still being productive. this is the list of all my classes that i am currently taking: JAPAN1102, MATH2220, CS1110, AMST1601 for a total of 17 credits.
this camera has been a lot of fun to use. i've been able to document my life with this device and i like using it a lot better than my phone.
