Knee Dilemma | Hiking
I have a Knee Dilemma for Hiking, you may also have the same problem? if so the help here maybe as beneficial to you as it is to me, but I need people's help, to help me with my dilemma by commenting - What do you think - Should I or Shouldn't I?
Stronger knees for continued hiking - hiking and arthritis - knee surgery.
