The Roaches and Beyond is part of my Peak District Walks series, this linear route of 18 miles from Upper Hulme and Hen Cloud to Buxton takes in lots of locations including - The Roaches - Don Whillans Memorial Hut - Lud's Church - Gradbach - River Dane - Danes Valley Way - Three Shires Head - Axe Edge - Dove Head - Leap Edge - HSE at Harpur Hill - Solomon's Temple (Grinlow Tower) - Buxton as per usual I will be pointing out key locations with history and facts along the way.
