The developer of Wuthering Waves has issued an apology for the game's troubled launch and offered compensation to players.
Wuthering Waves, an open-world gacha game similar to Genshin Impact, developed by Chinese studio Kuro, was released globally this week on PC and mobile as a free-to-play title.
However, the launch has been plagued with numerous issues, including various bugs and performance lags. In a tweet, Kuro assured players that they are actively working on fixes. "We are committed to constant self-reflection and improvement, with your satisfaction as our top priority," the developer stated. "We are incredibly grateful for your understanding and patience during our recent technical issues."
