Kate Middleton REVEALS where she's been all along...
We are back today with very unfortunate news. As you have probably heard, Kate Middleton had completely disappeared from the public eye since December. Kensington Palace had given us a heads up about this saying Kate Middleton would be going major abdominal surgery, with no further details given.
Earlier this year, a spokesperson for Kensington Palace, which handles the household for the prince and princess of Wales, told Fox News Digital: "Kensington Palace made it clear in January the timelines of the princess’ recovery and we’d only be providing significant updates. The guidance in January stood that the Princess would be recuperating at home in Windsor." The spokesperson reiterated the princess was "doing well."
Despite this, a number of theories emerged on sites like X and TikTok, and EVERYONE and there mothers were speculating about Kate Middleton's whereabouts and her health condition.

First off there's the BBL or facelift rumours. The story being that Kate Middleton probably got a BBL or facelift and is taking this time to recover from surgery.
