At USC Chan, our level I fieldwork experience involves observing at a site in a certain practice area once a week for the semester. Along with this, we spend a whole week at that site—learning from a clinical instructor and getting to know the client population. Here are some clips of my full week of fieldwork during my Pediatrics immersion! I loved getting to see concepts translated from the classroom to...a real classroom, since I got the opportunity to shadow a school-based OT! Oh, and who wouldn't love getting to play Hungry Hungry Hippos & Hi Ho Cherry-O during fieldwork?
