The 2022/2023 cohort of Executive Fellows took a tour of the high-speed rail construction sites in the Central Valley. The Executive Fellows Program is a public policy fellowship program that allows graduate students to gain experience in the executive offices of state agencies across California. The Fellows saw investments made by the California High-Speed Rail Authority in Fresno’s downtown and Chinatown and asked thoughtful questions about policies impacting the project. They also heard presentations from the Central Valley Regional Director and Director of Planning and Sustainability at the Authority and toured signature structures.
