Virtual Pre-Bid Conference for RFQ for Rail Systems Engineering Services July 31, 2023
The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) issues this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms (Offerors) to procure an architectural and engineering contract for Rail Systems Engineering Services. The purpose of this RFQ is to award a contract to one successful Offeror to provide professional services to the Authority. The contract will provide professional services for rail systems engineering, system certification oversight, network integration support, start-up and commissioning, FRA certification, verification and validation of design requirements, commercial and technical support of rail systems contracts.
