140. The Toolbox Killers
From June 24 to October 31 of 1979 two serial criminals became serial killers and did more damage in a short period than many serial killers have in a lifetime. These two men stalked, tortured, sexually assaulted and killed teenagers in California at a rate that was astonishing and disturbing.
Lucinda "Cindy" Schaefer, Andrea Joy Hall, Jackie Doris Gilliam, Jacqueline "Leah" Lamp and Shirley Lynette Ledford would all tragically lose their lives at the hands of two monsters that are best known as The Toolbox Killers.
