Did you know that from rolled oats, water and a couple of tablespoons of store bought yogurt you can make your own oat yogurt? It's super simple and you decide how thick you want your yogurt.

Oat Yogurt

2 cups rolled oats
1 litre cold filtered water

Blend in a high speed blender for only 30 seconds and strain through a nut milk bag or a muslin cloth.

TikTok Viral Baked Oats (using oat pulp)
1 cup oat pulp
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup plant milk
4 Tbsp almond or other nut butter
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips + 2 Tbsp for decorating the top
1 Tbsp nut butter for drizzling on top (optional)

Put all the ingredients except the dark chocolate chips into a blender and blend until smooth. Mix in the 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips and pour into parchment paper lined tin. Decorate the top with additional chocolate chips. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celcius for 25 minutes, let it cool slightly or completely before digging in. You can drizzle a bit of nut butter over the top as well.
