🥥 COCONUT COOKIES 🍪 - Very Easy To Make
In this video I am baking coconut cookies. This is a very easy recipe and no machines are needed, you just mix all ingredients together with a spoon or spatula.

Ingredients:
100g butter or margarine
2 eggs
1,5 dl sugar
200g shredded coconut (dry)
Put oven on 175 degrees.
Melt the butter. Then put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it together.
Use a tablespoon to spread out on a baking tray.
Bake in middle of oven for about 12 minutes.
If you want you can dip the bottom part, after they have cooled, in melted chocolate and let it set.
