🍪 CRISPY OAT COOKIES 🍪 | Recipe and step-by-step
In this video I am baking "Havreflarn", crispy oat cookies.
Recipe:
75g butter
1 dl(35g) oats
1 dl(90g) sugar
1 dl(60g) flour
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp light syrup
1/2 tsp baking powder
Melt the butter, add all the other ingredients and mix.
Drop on a baking sheet in rows of 3x3 or 3x4, size of a teaspoon. These cookies will spread alot as you will notice. So keep good space between them.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 5 minutes or when the edges stat becoming golden brown.
Let rest a few minutes first on the tray and then move them to a cooling rack.
This recipe will give you about 36 cookies (4 trays if 3x3 rows).
