hi I'm Jayme Shimooka owner and artistic
director of Studio Dansu and this is
ballet 101 depending on what style of
ballet you're learning and what method
you've been studying it might be
different but we follow the ABT
curriculum so that's what we're going to
be doing today so dancers today we're
going to go over the five positions of
ballet
we have first position

toned you out to second position
into third position
tondu forward to fourth
take those arms on o to Fourth
come back into fifth and a nice port de
bra arm down
