Healthy Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies (Dairy Free Gluten Free Cookies)
Christmas Cookies with Cindy week 1 cookie was Sugar Cookies, week 2 was Snicerkdoodle Cookies, and in today's video I'll be making the very last cookie....it's a classic guys! It's been so fun re-creating these healthier holiday versions made with better for you ingredients.
And in today's video I will be showing you how to make peanut butter kiss cookies or as some people may know them, peanut butter blossoms. In my opinion they're even better than the originals with the Hershey's Kiss on top. Yup I said it! lol. The cookies I'm making today are made with healthier ingredients and they are also going to be dairy and gluten free. (Yes I will be making my own Chocolate Kiss!)
Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies Ingredients I Used:
1/3 C Creamy Peanut Butter (Trader Joe's Creamy and Salted Peanut Butter)
-1/4 C Coconut Oil (melted and cooled)
-1/3 C Maple Syrup
-1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
-2 C Almond Flour
-1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
-1/4 Tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
Chocolate Kiss Ingredients I Used:
-2 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
-1/2 C Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips (Enjoy Life makes Dairy/Gluten Free kind!)
-1 Tsp Coconut Oil
-1/4 C Cocoa Powder (Hershey's Cocoa 100% Cacao)
