Ingredients I Used:
➨My Healthy Hot Cocoa Recipe
-1 C Coconut Milk
-1/2 C Water
-1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
-1 Tbsp Hershey's Cocoa Powder in Special Dark
-1/4 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (optional)
-1/4 Tsp Cinnamon (optional)
-1 Scoop Collagen (optional)
➨Homemade Healthy Marshmallows
-1/2 C Water
-1/2 C Maple Syrup
-1/2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
-1/8 Tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
-4 and 1/2 Tsp Gelatin
-1/2 C Liquid Egg Whites
➨Birch Benders Paleo Pancake Mix (Pumpkin Spice)
-used entire mix
-2 and 2/3 C of water
