Required ingredients
For the dough:
1 cup of warm milk (200 ml).
1 cup of water (200 ml).
1 teaspoon of dry yeast (5 gr).
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (20 gr).
Half a tea glass of oil (45 ml).
1 egg white.
5.5 cups flour (660 gr).
1 teaspoon salt (8 gr).
For the filling:
Cottage cheese (200 gr).
Kashar cheese (80 gr).
2-3 sprigs of parsley.
For the top:
1 egg yolk.
1 tablespoon milk (10 ml).
Sesame.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
