butter (room temperature) ½ cup (110g)
powdered sugar ½ cup (50g)
vanilla sugar 1 tsp (5g)
yogurt 6.5 tbsp (100g)
2 yolks
all-purpose flour 1 ¾ cups + 2 tbsp (300g)
baking powder 2 tsp (10g)
salt a pinch

pan 9.5 inches (24 cm)
sour cherry jam 14oz (400g)
in the preheated oven 170C 350F 35 min.
