TIMING:
0:00 - I show the user's question. Their mistake was adding the V-Ray Ornatrix Mod. It's only needed for rendering regular hair, but since we're using Proxy from MeshFromStrands, it's not hair anymore, but geometry with hair texture and transparency.
0:12 - So, you only need the Mesh From Strands modifier.
0:18 - Add any HairCards you need into it.
0:24 - Create a V-Ray Mtl and add the necessary textures. I demonstrated with Diffuse and Opacity as examples.
0:41 - Start the V-Ray IPR Render and see that everything renders without problems.
0:48 - Ending, other videos, subscribe to the channel, and ArtStation.
