Ron Mueller's 2021 Florida Election Commission's ruling on campaign violations ahead of the Jan. 19 workshop on charter language and staff interactions. D2 Candidate Iliana R. City Attorney Kurt Ardaman discussed an imminent lawsuit against the State of Florida soon to be filed by 10 cities to overturn the new law requiring local elected officials to file the Form 6, the financial disclosure form detailing anything of value that's $1,000 or more. Critics say it's an invasion of privacy and overbroad and could deter people from running for office. Officials at every other level of government file the form. Ardaman's discussion starts at 20:58.
