How to remove your strap
Some Seiko watches are fitted with a ‘quick release’ strap. To remove the strap, first place the watch on a soft surface and use a fingernail to pull the pin towards the centre of the strap.
Keep pressure on the pin while you move the strap away from the case.
How to refit your strap
To refit the strap, simply pull the pin back and line it up with the lugs. Gently move the strap to ensure that it is fitted securely.
