How to fit or replace a NATO strap
Any NATO strap can be removed and refitted.
To remove a NATO strap, pull the 6 o’clock side of the strap out of the keeper. Pull the strap through the spring bars to remove the watch.
To fit a NATO strap, begin by feeding the 6 o’clock end of the strap through the spring bar at 12 o’clock until it reaches the end.
Then feed the strap through the spring bar at 6 o’clock. Finally, feed the 6 o’clock end of the strap through the bottom keeper of the strap.
Place the watch on your wrist and feed the strap through the buckle. Adjust it to your desired length. You can fold back the end of the strap if needed by securing it into the keeper.
