How to remove your strap from a watch with a drilled lug type
If your watch has a drilled lug type, begin by inserting a suitably sized tool into the case lug hole to compress the spring bar, you may need to do this on both sides.
Once the spring bar has been compressed, the strap can be pulled away from the case.
How to fit your new strap on a watch with an inside lug type
To fit a new strap onto the watch, begin by inserting the spring bar into the strap and positioning one end of the spring bar into the case lug hole. Compress the spring bar and move it into position. Gently move the strap to ensure that it is fitted securely.

pull the strap away from the case.
