Alvaro Picardo - Sust-Forest Plus Project - Chinese Version
SustForest Plus is an European innovation project, financed by the INTERREG program for SouthWest Europe (https://www.interreg-sudoe.eu/gbr/home), with some of the major players in the value chain of natural resin in the region, to boost and consolidate the economic activity in the sector.
With a total budget of 1,680,000 $, the partners (representatives of forest owners, resin workers, forest regional administrations and research and innovation centers) will work together for 36 months, until 2021, to create an European Resin Network, to define a territorial strategy for natural pine resin production, to share best practices and innovations and to develop the sustainability concept for European natural resin and to place natural resins in European policies.
